Choose a product in the catalogue, pick the colour, size, quantity and any personalisation, and add it to your basket. Services go into the basket the same way. In the basket press “Continue”, fill in your details and send the request. If you are not sure exactly what you need, use “Request a price” or the contact form and simply describe the task.

The minimum is set by the supplier’s price tiers, so it differs from product to product. When you choose a quantity on a product page, the price summary shows “Minimum order” for that product. For services we confirm the quantity in the offer.

Yes. At checkout choose “Private person” or “Company”. A company gives its name, registration number and registered address so the invoice can be made out to it.

Yes. The basket can hold several products and services, and they are sent as one request.

Yes. You can attach up to 5 files to a request (PDF, Word or images, up to 10 MB each and 25 MB in total), or email the file to the manager. We will confirm the technical requirements for the file before production.

Describe the result you want and attach your logo if you have one. LATTIMS also offers design and layout, the artwork will be prepared and agreed with you.

In the “Personalisation” section of a product page you can choose the print position, technique and number of colours, exactly the options the supplier offers for that product. Other work, such as embroidery or engraving, can be ordered in the services section.

Promotional products are sold only with your logo applied (personalisation). Cups, medals and other awards, as well as clothing and textiles, can be bought without it.

Yes. The artwork and terms are agreed with you before the order goes into production.

A product page shows the price per piece by quantity and, once you choose a quantity and personalisation, the total for your selection. Some personalisation options are priced on request; we include them in the offer. The final amount is given in the offer.

Yes. Prices on the site include VAT, and the price without VAT is shown beside them. The quantity price table is the product price without personalisation; the total for your selection includes personalisation.

Once the offer and terms are agreed, we email you an invoice. After payment the order goes into production.

Orders can be collected at LATTIMS locations in Riga or Salaspils. You can choose where on the product page or at checkout.

Yes, within Latvia. At checkout choose “Delivery” and give the address, delivery terms are agreed for each order.

The average production time for promotional products is 3 to 15 working days, not counting delivery. The exact date is set for each order individually and agreed with you. When you choose a print, the product page shows the approximate print production time.
