What to know when using the site and sending a request
General
These terms apply to the use of the LATTIMS website. The site is operated by SIA "LATTIMS", registration number 40003901631, legal address Skolas 13-48, Salaspils, LV-2121. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Information on the Site
Product descriptions, photos and colours are for guidance, and colours on screen may differ from the finished product. Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Supplier prices and stock change, so a price shown on the site is not an offer. Only the price in our written quotation or invoice is binding.
Requests and Orders
A request or basket sent through the site is not an order. We review it and reply with a quotation stating the price, production time, delivery and payment terms. The contract is formed when you accept the quotation or pay the invoice. Before production we agree the artwork with you. Production starts after your approval, and the customer is responsible for errors in approved artwork. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or personalised.
Your Materials
By sending a logo, artwork or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We use them only to fulfil your order. We may refuse to produce items whose content breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
The texts, photos, design and LATTIMS brand on this site belong to SIA "LATTIMS" or are used with the permission of their owners. They may not be copied or used for other purposes without our written consent. Product brands belong to their respective owners.
Liability
We take care to keep the information on the site accurate and the site available, but cannot guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by interruptions to the site or by inaccurate information. We are not responsible for the content of websites linked from this site.
Personal Data and Cookies
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in the Cookie Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We resolve disagreements by negotiation; if that fails, they are settled by the courts of the Republic of Latvia. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (www.ptac.gov.lv).

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies, and the date of the last update is shown at the end of the page.
